a Macro-Nutrition 

Consulation. Now understand how many grams of protein, carbs, and fats your body needs to hit it's goals.  

Accountability 

Are you struggling with accountability. PWERME offers weekly check-ins and short term goals planning with coaches. We  identity, potholes and detours to helping you succeed in your goals.

Physical Activity 

PWERME now offers three days a week of phyical activity. Tuesday and Thursdays focusing on Hight Intensity Training, Functional Training and more. Saturdays (Women Who Lift) is followed by crossfit and olymic training. 

Recovery 

Unsure, how to recover after a workout ? PWERME now offers a muscle recovery session with Coach T. You can access session with Coach T with you Membership.

OUR TEAM

Nathalie Dhani was born and raised in Guyana, South America until the age of 10. In 2001 she moved to Minnesota with her parents and older sister. Nathalie graduated from Park Center Senior High and currently attends Minneapolis Community Technical college to pursue her Associates in Business Management. Nathalie is also studying for her personal training certification through NASM. 

 

Nathalie comes from a cultural background where fitness and mental health is not promoted, especially when it comes to being a woman. In 2011 Nathalie gave birth to her handsome son. During her pregnancy, she gained over 60 pounds and suffered from postpartum depression. Nathalie lost all confidence and her mental health suffered. At the end of 2013, Nathalie decided to take action and make a change. Nathalie signed up for a gym membership and focused on cardio training. After a few months, she started participating in 5 and 7k runs. Within the first year of her fitness journey, Nathalie lost almost 30 pounds. She established a foundation for her fitness lifestyle and shortly after that, she found a passion for weight lifting. 

 

Fitness allowed Nathalie to overcome hurdles in her life. She saw a drastic improvement in her mental health and she became confident within herself. Fitness became a lifestyle for Nathalie and her son. Nathalie is passionate about helping others pursue a healthier lifestyle. She would like to break the stigma for women, especially women of color not belonging in the gym. With her passion and purpose for fitness, Nathalie is ecstatic to help others through their journey.
