Happy Tuesday ladies! Now is a great time to get something in your system to prepare you for tonight’s workout. We will be targeting big muscle groups and those small ones we didn’t think existed haha. Ideas such as banana and peanut butter toast, light salad, cottage cheese and peaches, avocado toast and an egg just to make a few...and LOTS OF WATER of course!! I’ll be at the gym at 6p so if you ladies come around that time please stretch together as I will be instructing stretches but doing more set up... “Let’s wErk” 🏋🏽♀️💜💪🏽
