Hi Healthy Beauites, I mentioned this before, however this month. We are buckling down more on goals and ways to hit our goals. I wanted to bring up PROTEIN!! Protein is a nutrient that body needs to grow&maintain itself. It's the protein that makes the muscles grow. We want muscle to burn fat and keep the fat off. You don’t always need supplements to hit a protein goal, however it’s hard depending on your lifestyle. I don’t recommend a certain brand. Why ? Because everyone BODY and budgets are different. So, my homework for you ladies is to find a WHEY or vegan protein supplement within your budget. Talk to myself or coach T if you have questions. If you have one post it, to help others.
