Wow! These are both amazing. If you are trying to control calories for weight loss, go for the lower in calorie. There is so much fiber that it could go a little overboard on the tummy if you make a wrap with veggies and beans with additional fiber. BUT try it, chew well, eat slowly, and see how you feel. Both are an excellent choice! 👍👍👍👍
