Hi Ladies! Last week you learned all about macronutrients and how much to fuel your body with. Our homework was to make a few fiber-rich meals and share them with the group and I hope you have some to show off : ) This week, we dig deeper into smart grocery shopping, reading labels, and how to put easy and affordable meals together to support building muscle for a strong, lean body.
