THE TRAINING

We believe in the importance of getting your body properly warmed up before training. Our 5-10 minutes warmup will get your body & mind ready to work!

We refer to ourselves as “Strength Forward” since two-thirds of each session is focused on building STRENGTH through simple, effective & low impact exercises.

 

In our Strength Zones we utilize Barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls and your body weight to get you STRONGER!

Optional stretch/cool down after the workout.
